Who Should Attend?
These courses are aimed at veterinary surgeons wishing to develop and
enhance their cardiovascular knowledge including diagnostics and
therapeutics.
It is particularly suitable for those who are working towards the RCVS Modular Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (Cardiology) or for people eligible to sit the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Cardiology.
What Will I Learn?
The courses will cover the key areas and aid self directed learning for further study for the three RCVS C modules:
The principal course tutors will be assisted during the week by other tutors from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies who are all highly experienced speakers and well-known specialists in their field.
The course tutors will give advice and guidance on writing your case log, preparing case reports and on the format of the RCVS certificate (AVP)
examination. You will leave well prepared to sit the RCVS Certificate in
Advanced Veterinary Practice (Cardiology) or the RCVS Certificate in
Veterinary Cardiology and will feel more confident in your approach to
cardiology cases in practice.
Course Fees
The fee if you are attending all 6 days of the course is £1290.00.
If you wish to attend only one or two of the modules, the fees are:
1 module £490.00
2 modules £950.00
All fees include refreshments, lunches and course notes, but exclude assessment.
If you are registering for only one or two of the three modules, please ensure that you indicate which modules you propose to attend.

Accommodation
There is no accommodation at Easter Bush.
There are two small hotels in Roslin - the Roslin Glen Hotel and The Original Roslin Inn.
Alternatively you can take advantage of the special rate we have negotiated at the Best Western Braid Hills Hotel on the southern outskirts of the city, which is also on a direct bus route to Easter Bush. Quote "Dick Vet corporate rate" when booking.
