MRCVS Course Materials 2011
The annual MRCVS Examination Preparation Course is unique in the UK. It is designed specifically for veterinary surgeons who qualified overseas and who are preparing to sit the RCVS Statutory Membership Examinations in order to practice in the UK.
Study/support materials are provided for everyone who attends the course, and are included in the course fee, but these can also be purchased separately by potential examination candidates who are unable to attend the course itself.
Candidates who plan to attend a future course, particularly if this will be in the same year as they propose to sit the Statutory Examinations, may also find the course materials to be an invaluable resource which allows them to make a head start on their examination preparation.
Please note: we regret that we are unable to discount future course fees for those who have already purchased course materials from a previous course.
Learning Materials Description
The course materials consist of:
- Course notes (bound copy, which includes model answers from previous examination papers)
- Edinburgh BVM&S Undergraduate notes (CDRom)
- State Veterinary Medicine & Meat Hygiene (CDRom)
- Sheep problem-based learning cases (CDRom)
- Cattle problem-based learning cases (CDRom)
The course materials are those which were distributed at the most recent course. Those currently available are from the course which took place in April 2011.

Please note that the bound course notes for the 2012 MRCVS Examination Preparation Course will not be finalised until very shortly before this course takes place and will therefore not be available for purchase until after the 2012 course.
Learning Materials Fees
The cost of purchasing the full set of 2011 course materials is £250.00, including UK postage.
This represents a 33% reduction on the total price if the items were to be purchased individually.
