C-ZM.4 - Exotic Avian Species
The aim of the module is to enable the candidate to extend and consolidate clinical knowledge and skills gained at undergraduate level, and to develop an in-depth understanding of the application of that knowledge in zoological medicine.
This module is available either as free-standing module or as part of the Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice and the designated certificate in zoological medicine.
Enrolling for assessment in the R(D)SVS will give you access to an online support environment to assist you in achieving your assessment. This online environment includes the following:
- Contact with other CertAVP (Zoo Med) participants
- An online portfolio with case templates and other resources
- An electronic learning diary to record your evidence, cases and experience
- Reading lists, sample learning diaries and other appropriate support materials
