Donald Yool graduated from Glasgow University Veterinary School in 1994. He became a European diplomat and a specialist in small animal soft tissue surgery in 2004 and has worked at R(D)SVS, where he heads the Small Animal Soft Tissue Surgery Unit, since 2000. He has a background in neuroscience research and is currently researching aspects of feline squamous cell carcinoma.
