CertAVP Equine Practice
Enrolling for assessment in the R(D)SVS will give you access to an online support environment to assist you in achieving your assessment.
Assessment for Equine Dentistry is normally held once a year in December and attendance for assessment at Edinburgh is required.
The induction dates for 2012 are 6th February, 4th June and 1st October. The induction is designed to help you become familiar with the online system.
PLEASE NOTE: the closing dates for registration are 1st February, 30th May and 26th September, respectively. Registrations after this point will be forwarded to the next induction.
This online environment is not intended as a full course to study for these modules. You will be expected to attend CPD courses (from your choice of provider) and complete self study to reach the required standards to gain a CertAVP. We are currently planning our CPD to support these modules and would be grateful if you could tell us if there is a particular area you would like us to cover.
Equine Dermatology C modules are scheduled for development in late 2011.
Unfortunately there are no plans to offer any other Equine Modules at this moment in time, including B-EP.3
